Mark O’Connell earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Management Information Systems from Albertus Magnus College in 2002. He received his Master of Science degree in Leadership from Albertus Magnus College in 2007.


Mark O’Connell has been my go to guy for remote troubleshooting for a wide range of my computer and technical needs.  For the past 4 years now he has helped me with trouble shooting various issues, helped with installation of programs and has even assisted me with purchasing a laptop and a new computer along the way.  There is no project I have requested his help with he hasn’t been able to resolve.  He quickly analyses the situation and with his broad range of program knowledge and first hand experience he is quick to resolve the issue so that I can return to business right away.  Always available and generous with his time I have enjoyed working with him and always pleased with the outcome of his services.  I am so glad I found him, he is very honest and I always call on him right away for help, without hesitation.

Mark O’Connell has for the past six years performed a variety of tasks on my desktop and laptop computers. This includes installing and maintaining Windows, installing additional software packages, optimizing Windows settings, setting up a new multi-function printer, clean-up of problem files, installing anti-virus programs, restoration of Windows 7 applications on Windows 10, repairing Google Chrome, and performing system upgrades as needed.
He has always made himself available on a timely basis, and demonstrated a broad knowledge of the repair required to solve the problem at hand. His work has consistently been of the highest quality, and he provides a good explanation that helps the user understand what is being done.
