disk and a disk cleanup is run to remove unnecessary files to reclaim

- A review of any antivirus logs and an
associated check to ensure that antivirus software is working properly.

How does this work?
Google provides a remote control troubleshooting tool for all major computer operating systems, including Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, Windows 10, Mac OS, and Linux. I will send you instructions on how to operate this program so that I may connect to your PC and do the requested evaluation or repairs.
